support@fawnguard.comFawnGuard is a parental control app for iOS that helps parents monitor and manage their children's digital activities. It allows you to create child profiles, set content restrictions, and gain insights into device usage patterns — all designed with your family's privacy in mind.
FawnGuard uses Apple Sign In for quick and secure account creation:
You can choose to share or hide your email address during Apple Sign In. If you hide it, Apple provides a private relay address that forwards to your real email.
After signing in, tap the "Add Child" button on the main screen. Enter your child's first name and age (or birth year). This information helps FawnGuard provide age-appropriate recommendations. You can add multiple child profiles depending on your subscription plan.
FawnGuard is currently available for iPhone and iPad running iOS 16.0 or later. We are considering Android support for a future release.
FawnGuard offers three plans:
All paid plans include a recurring monthly subscription processed through the Apple App Store.
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. To cancel:
You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
All purchases are processed by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and follow the instructions. Apple handles all refund decisions. We cannot process refunds directly.
Yes. Paid subscriptions (Plus and Pro) automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. Your Apple ID will be charged within 24 hours before the renewal date. You can turn off auto-renewal at any time from your Apple ID settings.
To upgrade or downgrade your plan, go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > FawnGuard on your device and select a different plan. Changes typically take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
Try these troubleshooting steps:
Make sure:
If you previously signed in with a hidden email and need to re-authenticate, Apple will use the same relay address. Contact us if you need help recovering your account.
FawnGuard uses Firebase cloud storage for data sync. Make sure:
If sync issues persist, try signing out and signing back in. Your data is safely stored in the cloud and will be restored upon sign-in.
We collect only what is necessary for the app to function:
We do not collect location data, advertising identifiers, photos, contacts, or browsing history. For full details, read our Privacy Policy.
You can delete your account in two ways:
Please note that account deletion is irreversible. Cancel any active subscriptions before deleting your account.
Yes. Children's data (names and ages) is stored securely in Firebase Firestore with encryption at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+). This data is only used within the app to manage child profiles. We never share children's data with third parties for marketing or advertising. Only the parent/guardian who created the profile can access this data.
