FawnGuard - Parental Control App for iOS
By downloading, installing, or using FawnGuard ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and FawnGuard ("we," "us," or "our").
FawnGuard is a parental control application for iOS that helps parents monitor and manage their children's screen time, app usage, and digital safety. The App provides:
You must be at least 18 years old to use FawnGuard. The App is designed for parents and legal guardians to monitor minor children under their care. You represent that you have legal authority over any child profiles you create.
You may create an account using Apple Sign In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
FawnGuard offers the following subscription tiers:
Billing: Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies.
Free Trial: If offered, the free trial period is 7 days. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for the selected subscription plan.
You agree to use FawnGuard only for its intended purpose of parental monitoring of your minor children. You agree NOT to:
FawnGuard uses Apple's Family Controls, Screen Time, and Device Activity frameworks. These features require explicit authorization from the device owner. The App operates within the boundaries set by Apple's frameworks and cannot bypass iOS security restrictions.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
All content, features, and functionality of FawnGuard are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.
FawnGuard is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Parental controls are tools to assist in digital parenting but cannot guarantee complete protection.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
